GAS SAFE INSTALLATION
Gas Safe Register is the only official gas registration body of gas businesses and engineers in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. By law all gas businesses must be on the Gas Safe Register.
A gas engineer can only be aligned to a registered business and be issued with a license to undertake gas work on behalf of a registered business if they hold a valid and current qualification. At BHB all engineer's are gas safe registered so you know your in safe hands.

Carbon Monoxide Poisoning is also another silent killer that must not be underestimated. This is why it is vital for any gas work undertaken in your home to be completed by a qualified competent person.
Landlords
As a landlord, you are legally responsible for the safety of your tenants in relation to gas safety. By law you must: repair and maintain gas pipework, flues and appliances in safe condition. ensure an annual gas safety check on each appliance and flue.
